We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

* PLEASE NOTE: After every order placed our team will reach out confirming if you’ve ordered the correct size/ personalisation for your order and if we do not hear a response within 2-3 working days we’ll automatically ship the order confirmed to our system.

Returns:

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days if:

  • The item is not damaged
  • The original tags are still attached
  • The item is not personalized (e.g., custom names or numbers)

Exception: Player-personalized jerseys can be returned if they meet the above conditions.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).


Exchanges

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can confirm delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at thejerseycentre25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
